Ayla Z

For those of you who do NOT know me…My name Is Ayla Zelles and I am a self-made woman. The fact of the matter is that we all deal with shit in life. That is part of it and if you can believe that the universe is looking out for your greatest good then keep reading. None of us here are perfect and we all deal with life of life’s terms weather we like it or not.

During my childhood I had to overcome being an “adult child”, an eating disorder, sexual assault, alcoholism, several career path changes in my young adult life, touring in the male-dominated music industry and having a depraved view of my own self-worth. I looked to fill a void within myself with everything you can imagine – love, sex, alcohol, drugs, food, shopping, etc. One morning in 2012 after 2 nights in a row of black out drinking I woke up with vomit in the bed next to me. I kept thinking: “I could have died. I don’t want to die…” That was the beginning of my journey to a better life, starting with a 12 step meeting on the Vans Warped Tour.

It could have played out a lot worse for me but I made the choice to stand up and say I want to be better and that I want a better life! That meeting led to a deeper spiritual practice and before I knew it yoga was my main source of serenity. Consistent meditation followed, as well as reading an array of self- help books. Through the entire process of my transformation, people constantly asked me for advice. In fact, even prior to getting sober & developing a spiritual practice, I was always sought out for my advice.I was meditating one day and realized I got the most joy & fulfillment out of teaching and helping others work through their blocks and serious life changes. I took pride in watching my friends flourish into these amazing souls, constantly striving to reach their full potential. As a result, I developed my coaching skills and created a course specifically designed to help people achieve a new level of empowered happiness.I am working tirelessly to make sure that it is a safe, loving place to help develop self love, self worth and change in humanity – starting with you!
